The headline at Fox News mentions the “good Samaritan,” and CNN and The Washington Post mention that an “armed bystander stopped the attack.” The attacker was heavily armed and had already murdered three people and wounded three others, after firing about 20 shots. According to my research, there have been at least 10 similar cases over the last year, and 21 since the beginning of 2020....

An indie game named Wildfire has recently had its assets used in the marketing of another alleged indie game, Epic Hero Battles, though it’s unclear if this is a video game at all. The creator of Wildfire, Dan Hindes, called out Epic Hero Battles on Twitter for using his art as the backdrop on its website without his permission, but further digging reveals that most of its art so far has been stolen from other artists as well, including ones that haven’t been found or named yet....

A frequent competitor in independent pro-wrestling promotions Wayne Van Dyke made his professional wrestling debut back in 2010. Van Dyke was involved in a tag-team match on April 29th at a Ronin Pro Wrestling event, during which the incident is said to have transpired. He apparently informed his partner that he wasn’t feeling well during the match, and suffered a heart attack after he tagged out. Van Dyke received CPR and was immediately rushed to the hospital....

Independent wrestler Devin Danger learnt first hand that his heelish actions didn’t go down well with the crowd in his tag team match at Salinas, California for Big Time Wrestling. He spat at a small girl in the crowd and was assaulted by an adult, who was presumably accompanying the child.
