Joshua Moser, 26, of Valparaiso, was arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery causing serious bodily injury, intimidation with a deadly weapon, criminal mischief, and possession of paraphernalia following an incident at the fast-food branch at 2402 Calumet Avenue on August 21.
