Community members voiced their concerns to Utica’s town council during a public meeting held earlier this week. The council’s president, Steve Long, told ABC affiliate WHAS 11 that Utica’s law enforcement presence is “nothing” without assistance from departments in the surrounding area. But without added resources from the state, Long said hiring more police officers, or extending current officers’ shifts, will be difficult. “If we could hire police tomorrow, we’d hire them,” Long told the news station after Utica’s latest town hall on Monday night....

XTRA 910 Arizona’s Mike Jurecki reports Andre Ellington aggravated his left foot in practice Thursday, and “could be out an extended period of time.” Ellington had to leave practice early and underwent an MRI, the results of which aren’t known yet. It’s worth noting Ellington tore a ligament in his toe as a sophomore at Clemson and fractured his ankle as a junior, needing surgery. If Ellington were to miss significant time, Jonathan Dwyer would step up as the lead back, though Arizona would likely just go to a much more pass-heavy attack instead of leaning on the ground game....

Rashad Jennings (ankle), who’s listed as “questionable” for this week’s game against Tennessee, got in a limited practice on Friday but said afterward that he won’t be “100 percent” if he suits up on Sunday. Giants’ beat writer Jordan Raanan expects a “50-50 split” between Jennings and Andre Williams if Jennings plays. The Titans are tied for the most fantasy points allowed to running backs, so Jennings could still have flex value, but Williams looks like the better bet of the two....
