In case you didn’t know… Cody Rhodes, along with his Bullet Club buddies Matt and Nick Jackson, the Young Bucks have decided to organize a self-funded supershow called All In. The event is confirmed to be a 10,000 seat event and will be the biggest non-WWE wrestling event in the US. 2017 was also said to be the single most profitable year in Cody Rhodes’ career and The American Nightmare is now looking to change the landscape of Independent Wrestling....

In case you didn’t know… One of the most iconic names in both the professional wrestling and mixed martial arts world, Ken Shamrock made his WWE debut in February 1997. Billed as “The World’s Most Dangerous Man”, Shamrock had memorable encounters with future WWE Hall of Famers such as Bret Hart, British Bulldog, The Rock, The Undertaker, and Shawn Michaels. Shamrock was known for his explosive grappling and striking inside the ring with the ankle lock as his go-to finisher....

Wickens suffered a spinal cord injury in a crash last August and has been rehabilitating in Denver the last several months. The Canadian said he will be part of IndyCar’s driver autograph session and participate in a fan event Sunday before the race in St. Petersburg, Florida. Wickens made his IndyCar debut on the streets of St. Petersburg last year, starting from the pole and leading every lap until he was spun by Alexander Rossi with two laps remaining....

According to figures released by the Labor Department on Tuesday this week, inflation in the United States has reached its highest point in more than 40 years. The department’s monthly report on the Consumer Price Index states that inflation in the U.S. hit 8.5 percent for the 12 months that ended in March. The figure surpassed that of 7.9 percent in February, which itself was a four-decade high. The rise could mean a squeeze for many ordinary people across the U....

Reports in Spain this week have suggested Barca would pay the 24-year-old a huge signing-on fee if he ran down his deal at Santiago Bernabeu and then moved to Camp Nou on a free transfer....

Protests erupted in the Indian state of Kashmir after details emerged Wednesday concerning the death of Irfan Ahmad Dar, a 23-year-old shopkeeper. Dar’s family accused police officers of torturing Dar to death after they arrested him at his store Tuesday afternoon, NDTV reported. The government moved to snap mobile internet in Sopore, Dar’s hometown, to prevent the spread of more protests, the Hindustan Times reported. Demonstrations had broken out as relatives and neighbors gathered to mourn Dar, with protesters shouting slogans against police officers and denouncing their actions, according to NDTV....

The four-nation tournament, the first such competition in India for the senior women’s team, is being organised by the All India Football Federation association with the Odisha government. Along with India and Iran, the tournament will also feature Myanmar and Nepal. The tournament will be played in a round-robin format with the two top teams playing in the final on February 15. AIFF General Secretary Kushal Das said the the primary objective of the tournament was to provide the best of exposure to the women’s team as they prepare for the second round of the Olympic Qualifiers in April....

After hearing that, Rhodes responded on Twitter, saying “I’ll take that bet, Dave.” In no time, ROH, promoted by Cody and the Young Bucks, announced All In. It was eventually revealed that it would take place at the Sears Centre in Chicago on September 1st. Before most of the talent was even announced for All In, fans around the globe were dying to see it....
